1. Content Restrictions

To ensure a safe and respectful environment for all our users, the following content is strictly prohibited in any advertisement:

Nudity & Sexual Content: Ads containing nudity, sexual content, or explicit language, including links to pornography, will not be allowed. This includes images, videos, or audio files depicting sexual acts, individuals in suggestive poses, provocative body language, or see-through clothing. Partial nudity or blurred images intended to hide prohibited content are also prohibited.
Violence: Ads that contain images or references to violence, or images of victims of violent crimes, will not be permitted.
Defamation: You cannot use our advertising services to slander or defame any individual or business entity for ANY reason. This includes hate speech against anyone’s race, nationality, sexual orientation/ identity, disability, financial status, political agenda or religious beliefs.
Illegal Content: Ads promoting the sale or use of illegal drugs, weapons, or any illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
Sanctions Compliance: Ads for individuals or entities with whom U.S. citizens may not legally do business will not be accepted.
False or Misleading Information: You cannot request an ad for someone else or another company. The services you offer or the product you are promoting must be real. Requests made with links directing users to spam or malicious sites or any other content that violates our terms and conditions will automatically be denied.

2. Ad Review Process

All ads submitted for publication will undergo a review process which includes but is not limited to authenticity of the company and online availability of the item being promoted. Our team reserves the right to approve or reject ads based on compliance with these terms and conditions. If your ad is rejected, you will be notified and may revise and resubmit it for approval. If the ad is still rejected after multiple submissions, then a recommendation to cancel the request will be made.

3. Refund Policy

You will be paying for ad placement next to or perhaps amongst other advertisers. This is not a sponsorship or partnership with ai.silispro.com – we cannot promote your products or services aside from your ad placement. Clicks and referrals are not guaranteed. Every page on this website displays the number of views the page has received since the page was created. If you are not satisfied with the service, you must enter your request for cancellation within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase for a 30-Day Ad to receive a full refund, 14 Calendar Days for 3 Month Ads, and 21 Calendar Days for 6 Month Ads – this applies to all first time purchases and renewals. Please continue reading for options on replacing a canceled ad.

4. Ad Duration, Renewal & Ad Replacement

Ads are displayed according to the selected term (1 month, 3 months, or 6 months). After the term ends, your ad will be hidden, with the option to renew for another term. Renewals are subject to the same review and approval process. If you have requested to cancel your ad after your refund period, you have the option to replace that ad with a new one for the remainder of the term at no additional cost. Please note that replacement ads will have to undergo the same approval process as if it is a brand-new request.

5. Liability

ai.silispro.com is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims resulting from the placement of advertisements on our platform. We are also not responsible for replying to customer inquiries about your ad. By submitting an ad, you acknowledge and agree to assume full responsibility for the content of your ad and any consequences that may arise. You can request the removal of your ad at any time. By using our services you agree to our refund policy outlined in our terms and conditions Section 3 above.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and by continuing to use our services, you agree to abide by the updated terms.
